B-juniors back in business With high summer temperatures, the B-youth started training for the new season on Monday (July 23rd) for the first time. Despite age-related exits and additions, 18 players attended the first training session. At temperatures around 30 degrees, the first drops of sweat already ran while moving. Nevertheless, everyone went with the subsequent strength and endurance circuit and a lot of sweat was shed in the next units.
The first highlight of the preparation was a longer session on Saturday. At 9 a.m. (during the holidays) we started a run through Grone with 16 players. Various intervals were worked out and mastered. Later it continued on the square. As always in the last units, we had to take many breaks in the shade due to the temperatures. However, that did not prevent them from working intensively and concentrated on the pitch. The unit was rounded off with a joint lunch. A planned test game unfortunately did not take place due to the high temperatures.
